For over 11 years WCEC has contracted with the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency to perform investigative and remedial activities at orphaned sites contaminated with petroleum and agricultural chemicals.  We are currently completing several of these projects for the State of MN that are funded by the federal government under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act program.  Participation in this program has provided WCEC the opportunity to further enhance our application and use of environmental “green practices” as we complete these projects.
